Area: 119,114sf Chatham Engineering Company, LLC provided engineering services to replace all HVAC equipment and controls in the elementary school. HVAC equipment includes water source heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers and pumps as well as chilled water and hot water systems with larger air handlers in the gym. Air conditioning was added to the kitchen.
